Artisan Truffles and chocolate confections are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of purchase, but may be stored in a cool, dry area or refrigerator for up to 3 months.  To maintain ideal freshness, store at temperatures that do not exceed 66℉.  Avoid exposure to heat, humidity and direct sunlight.
